Customer Service
Visit our Customer Service Center, located on the lower level near Macy’s. We offer many services to make your shopping experience a convenient and pleasent one; PREIT Mall gift cards and American Express gift cards, gift card services (balance, replacement, etc.), strollers and wheelchairs, PA Lottery, store promotions, employment opportunities, upcoming events, and much more.
Valet Parking Services
Thursday and Friday nights 5pm thru 11pm and Saturday nights 5pm thru midnight. Located curbside at the new plaza area between P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and Redstone American Grill. The cost to valet a car is $4.00 per vehicle.
Parking Garage
A 345 spot underground parking garage with direct access to Whole Foods Market and Café is now open, providing vertical transportation, convenience, and cover from the weather!
Located under Whole Foods Market & Plaza Shops, garage entrance can be found on Germantown Pike & Turnpike side of the mall. This parking garage has an elevator, steps and an escalator that bring you to Whole Foods vestibule area, where shoppers can then shop Whole Foods Market and also step out onto the South Plaza and shop at Chico's, Loft, Coldwater Creek, Jos. A. Bank, and Olly's Shoes. Then enter the Mall Entrance where you can shop more than 100 other specialty shops!
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the lower level in the hallway across from CVS and in the Food Court.
Family Restrooms
Plymouth Meeting Mall is pleased to offer parents with young children a special family restroom on the lower level in the hallway across from CVS.
Emergency
For your health and safety, our Security staff is certified in first aid, CPR, and the use of our Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and Oxygen (O2)units.

Bus Tours
If you or your organization is planning a bus tour and would like to utilze Plymouth Meeting Mall's parking lot, we require a bus application be completed and a certificate of insurance be provided by the bus company. Click here for a bus application.

Is operated by Citizens Bank, and are located on the lower level near Customer Service Center and Saxbys Coffee.

Sunday: 11am - 6pm
