Nini B Sweets is a small batch family-owned dessert shop that is opening May 11th,2024 at 1 p.m. Nini B Sweets started out on a cart at the Plymouth Meeting Mall in October 2023 and has since grown into a dessert shop in 2024.



Nini B Sweets-Dessert shop menu will include popular Sliced cakes such as Butter Cookie, Chocolate Dream &amp; Crazy Confetti. Banana Puddings such as Not Yo Nana Banana Pudding and our Strawberry Crunch Banana Pudding will be on the menu. The dessert shop will have delicious cookies, something that everyone will love such as Chocolate Chip Cookies, Double Dipped Chocolate Chip Cookies, our famous Peanut Butter Cookies, Macadamia Nut Cookie, Chocolate Macadamia Cookies, Snicker Doodle, and Seasonal Cookies like our Sugar Blueberry Cookie!

Nini B Sweets is not your ordinary dessert shop. Everything is made with love and the atmosphere invites you to immerse yourself in a love letter designed with you the customer in mind.

A traditional Japanise-style hibaci steakhouse-called “teppanyaki” -where your meal is prepared and served by a performing chef, right at your table. Diners can choose from a variety of fresh sushi and other Japanese favorites.

The finest quality of ingredients and butterfat content of 14% makes Mini Melts one of the highest quality ice cream products in the world. A lower fat product is also available. We also make water-based ice lollies with exciting flavors for you when you want to cool down. 
 
Mini Melts is manufactured using cryogenics. Cryogenics uses liquid Nitrogen (which is totally inert and tasteless) to instantaneously freeze Mini Melts to less than -187 deg.C. (-304 deg.F.). This is close to the coldest temperature that is achievable on earth. This rapid freezing process enables us to "lock-in" the flavor. Special storage freezers are required to guarantee the highest flavor quality. 
 
Mini Melts is uniquely shaped and comes in a wide variety of colors and flavors. 
 
This unique shape makes it easy and quick to serve, to maximize sales at a site. It also makes it much cleaner than "ordinary" ice cream, especially with young kids.
